What exactly does that mean??
More importantly, where do you go to work on this skillset? And what happens when they get “too soft?”
I recently had the opportunity to share insight with Jarrod Davis, Director of Marketing & Communication for 8th & Walton during their weekly podcast. In the episode, we dive deep on soft skills and have a great conversation on these much-sought-after qualities in the workplace.
